Recovering from the impact of the COVID – 19 Pandemic and in an effort to get back to normal life , MAIACA is organizing its first ” In – Person” community event since the pandemic. We hope to bring peace and tranquility to the community and to be one with nature in the evening of Full Moon which also happens to be auspicious Buddha Purnima. MAIACA aims to support local artists of caliber, especially those of Indian origin, and hence we are excited to welcome Sri Sudarshan of SKYLIGHT YOGA to lead the rooftop yoga flow. He will also share wisdom about the significance of Buddha Purnima and the Lunar Eclipse as we enjoy sunset, the beautiful Miami skyline and Moonrise over Miami Beach.
In its short existence, MAIACA has made an impact on the community. From June 2020 to now, we continued to bring quality programs to the community digitally with seminars on health and wellness highlighting the rich Indian holistic approach such as Ayurveda, to Ghazal concert by internationally acclaimed artist Talat Aziz. We were even able to re-create our own virtual version of Maiaca’s magical Diwali show. The board is very pleased with its endeavors, however, none of this would have been possible without the continued support from our patrons such as you and for that, we extend our sincerest gratitude.
