Celebrate the season at The Lincoln Eatery with a Cookie Decorating Workshop on Sunday, December 15th, led by Le Petit Bistrot owner and pastry-connoisseur, Marilyn Arrebot. Arrebot attended world-renowned chef Alain Ducasse’s culinary school, where she perfected the art of making delectable pastries. This is a beginner cookie class where you will learn the basics of cookie decorating. No experience necessary! Children and adults will be taught the basics of royal icing, piping, the use of tipless bags, outlining and flooding and wet on wet icing skills. The class, which will be held in front of a life-size gingerbread house, includes all decorating utensils, sprinkles, edible decorations and ingredients. Come early to meet DIY influencer and craft genius,, Amber Kemp-Gerstel of Damask Love, before the workshop from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.
